We are unable to make reservations through our website at this time, to make a reservation please call the lodge at (931) 879-4230 or go through our Contact Page.
Reservations for the month of October, holiday weekends, and the week of the 127 Yard Sale require a 50% deposit be made at time of booking with full payment due 30 days prior to the reservation. Reservations made during these peak periods are nonrefundable. Please scroll down to our Cancellation During Peak Periods Section for more information.
We require that reservations made for October, holiday weekends, and the week of the 127 Yard Sale must be paid in full within 30 days prior to the arrival date.
Reservations made during this period are non-refundable, however if you notify us at least 48 hours before your reservation, you may use your payment as a credit for one year from the reservation date minus a $25 cancellation fee.
Making your reservation and allowing us to charge your debit/credit card or cash your check is your confirmation of accepting our terms for cancellation: Your deposit or full payment (if required), guarantees your reservation.
If you wish to cancel 48 hours prior to your reservation date, you may apply your deposit to a future reservation within the year (must be in the same name), or you can receive a refund for your deposit minus a $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel within 48 hours of your reservation, unfortunately you will lose your deposit equal to the first night’s stay (including stalls).
There are no refunds provided for early departure for any reason, however, if the weather turns nasty during your visit, we understand your disappointment at not being able to ride and may consider application of your remaining charges towards a visit within the next year or offer you rain days for your next visit.
