Reservations and Cancellations

We are unable to make reservations through our website at this time, to make a reservation please call the lodge at (931) 879-4230.

DEPOSITS

  • 1-3 nights stays = 1 nights total charges
  • 4 or more nights = 2 nights total charges

Reservations for the month of October, holiday weekends (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and Columbus Day) and the week of the 127 Yard Sale require a 50% deposit be made at time of booking with full payment due 60 days prior to reservation. Reservations made during these peak periods are nonrefundable. Please scroll down to our Cancellation During Peak Periods Section for more information.

GROUPS & PEAK PERIODS:

We require that reservations made for October, holiday weekends (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and Columbus Day) and the week of the 127 Yard Sale must be paid in full within 60 days prior to the arrival date.

Cancellation During Peak Periods

No Refunds will be given for cancellations less than 30 days prior to the reservation date. We will have turned away many customers for your reservation and it will be unlikely that we can refill it. Prior to 30 days of arrival, all cancellations are subject to a $25 dollar cancellation fee and the balance of the reservation charges may be applied to a future visit within 1 year of cancellation date.

For reservations by check, we must receive the check within 7 days of reservation.

Cancellation Policy during off peak periods

Making your reservation and allowing us to charge your debit/credit card or cash your check is your confirmation of accepting our terms for cancellation: Your deposit or full payment (if required), guarantees your reservation.

Cancellation of reservations within 2 weeks of arrival date (with the exception of peak periods listed above) will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee. Credits will be processed with 24 hours of cancellation.

There are no refunds provided for early departure for any reason, however, if the weather turns nasty during your visit, we understand your disappointment at not being able to ride and may consider application of your remaining charges towards a visit within the next year or offer you rain days for your next visit.

We are unable to provide refunds in any amount for no-shows. Please call if you are unable to take advantage of your reservation.
